Collapsible Lock-up

The Cashels Collapsible Lock-up is an affordable storage unit designed for the construction industry, local authorities, the utility vehicle sector, the horticultural sector, the plant hire industry as well as the private sector.  It can be used as a static storage area of a despatch container.

The collapsible design makes it extremely efficient for transporting.  A typical unit is just 380mm high when flat packed.  The flat pack contains six main components i.e. floor, two side panels, two end panels and the roof.  The three metre unit can be assembled by two men in thirty minutes.

Description:

• Container is manufactured from 0.75mm galvanised sheet;

• Framework manufactured from 2mm galvanised sheet.  The floor is made from 35mm wooden planks;

• Container is supplied with lockable double doors;

• Entry dimensions are 1930 x 1930mm when the doors are fully open.

Handling: Fully assembled the container can be lifted by crane or fork-lift truck.  There are special attachments (red corners) to attach hoisting lines made from 3mm galvanised sheet. Assembly Details:	Load: Crane maximum load 1500 kg; Fork-lift truck maximum load 2000 kg; Floor load maximum 250 kg/m2;	Storage: The container can be supplied with shelving.
