Concrete Foundation Detail

Allow for a channel in your concrete slab.  A detailed foundation plan will be supplied for each individual building

Bolt 'arches' into channel when erecting.  The channel will ensure that the appropriate dimensions will be maintained.

Grout in channel when the building is fully erected.  This will ensure that the building is firmly 'anchored'

Erecting the buildings is both simple and inexpensive:

1. Build Arches
Simply bolt the arches together on the ground (left).

2. Raise Arches
In the majority of cases there is no heavy equipment required to raise your building.  Arches are easily handled manually into place (right).

3. Add End
End panels are pre-cut and pre-drilled to ensure easy installation, and can incorporate matching sliding doors and personnel doors.

The arches are made up of individual 'troughs' which are uniquely designed for strength and durability.

If you are erecting the building on an existing concrete slab, galvanised connecting channels can be fabricated to bolt down onto the concrete in which the building can be securely fixed.

U-Channel
(to be grouted in after erection.)

Arch Channel
Doesn't require any grouting.  It is ideal for temporary buildings as it will allow the building to be easily re-located.

Gable ends can be personalised to suit your requirements.

For example, you can block and plaster or dash the gables to match existing buildings or dwelling house as in the case of a garage.

The flexibility of design and size ensures that a building can be supplied to suit you.
