Cashels manufacture a comprehensive range of Fuel Bowsers for the transportation and storage of fuels. The standard range consists of High Speed, Mobile Site Spec., Static and Static Transportable, with storage capacity from 220 gallon to 900 gallon, in both single skin and 110% bunded tanks.

Standard Features of High Speed Unit:

• 660 L (150 G), 1320 L (300 G), 1760 L (400 G);

• Fully baffled pressure tested tank made from 4mm steel;

• The fuel discharge system is neatly contained in a generous cabinet at the front;

• A PPV valve is fitted to allow air flow to and from tank and prevent spillage if overturned;

• A locakble lid protects the fill point and ullage monitor;

• A liquid level gauge is provided to indicate when the tank is running low on fuel;

• Fuel discharge is via a 12 volt pump through an in-line filter with 6 meters of flexible hose and a heavy duty discharge nozzle;

• Inspection hatch for internal inspections which are required every 30 months;

• Lifting lungs are provided for ease of handling;

• A high gloss enamel paint finish over primer is applied electrostatically;

• Fuel tank is mounted on a hot dip galvanised chassis and is cushioned on a 6mm anti vibration strip to prevent stress on tank;

• Robust hot-dip galvanised mud guards are an integral part of the work;

• Running gear consists of two galvanised super ride suspension axels for smooth towing, loaded or unloaded;

• Braked hubs all round with 50mm auto reverse hitch coupling, hand brake, and jockey wheel;

• High performance and high load rated tyres 165xR13x8PLY;

• Unit manufactured per best practice CE marking;

• Lighting system is comprehensive to EU regulations with rear lights contained in a bumper.
